 Chương trình thiết kế dành riêng cho những ai mong muốn có được hiểu biết chuyên sâu về 6 sigma, để đạt được đẳng cấp Green Belt, học viện phải hoàn thành chương trình huấn luyện 10 ngày lý thuyết, đạt trên 70 điểm các bài thi, kiểm tra, và hoàn tất dự án GB theo lộ trình R-DMAIC-V.
Chương trình vẫn tiếp tục chiêu sinh, thời gian bắt đầu dự kiến – Quý I, 2012.
1.Purpose :

Design theory education and time for supporting Lean6sigma Green Belt Project

2.Method :

Construct full theory education program, included of : Theory , Example , Exercise , Question & answer

Supporting and Monitoring the Project at each phase, Team work with project member

Divide session by each phase and time for training and supporting equal with morning and afternoon section

Morning time from: 8:30 Am to 12:00 , afternoon from: 13:00 Pm  to 16:30 pm

 Software: Participants should have a personal computer to install and use the learning process together with dedicated software MINITAB, VISIO, EVSM, MS-PROJECT.
Duration:

15 days, will be conducted within 3 month, 4 days training in-house on Saturday each week and after two weeks have one day support on the job and on site, beside that Participants deployed of knowledge learned into practice by Six Sigma Green Belt Project

 Participator:

–      Member are selected to joint in the improvement project

–      And member can be selected to become Green Belt and Black Belt of Lean6sigma.

–      Member of continuous improvement department

–      Coordinators of improvement program

–      And any person who wishes to pursue a career of continuous improvement

Method of training

Theoretical training, team building game and simulation, individual exercises, personal sharing, presentation of individual/ team, question and answer  – examination – Actual implementation of the Six Sigma project throughout the training process.

Training Location:

HCM Cty, Classrooms large and enough to perform the simulation game, venue be fully equipped device (eg, light projector, or LCD projector, computer equipment, stationery, table and Flipchart, and Wifi…)
     Number of Participants:

Up to 25 people for intensive courses in order to maintain good results.

Training Material:

A hard copy of the original documents will be provided to Participants, and send by mail with form and extras document

Language Use:

–   Training materials in Vietnamese  / English (Option)

–   Trainer uses Vietnamese and /English (Option)

Training costs, payment terms and other condition.

Training costs:

–          Costs were calculated based on each day and each section 

–          Cost per day for individual of training in-house: Contact for Detail  vnđ/day
